Terms and conditions
Each participant is responsible for taking his own travel- and cancellation insurance. We can neither be held responsible for damages nor for compensation claims.
The tour organiser is not liable for acts of god such as natural disasters or strike.
Each participant has to respect safety regulations as well as legal customs- and passport regulations.
Any additional fee, caused by not respecting general travel conditions and rules, will be charged fully to the participant.
Terms of payment:
Weeks and multi-day programs:
1. Down payment/deposit: The payment in advance is 10 % and needs to be paid to confirm the booking.
2. Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. You will be notified via a payment link.
Short tours and day trips:
1. Payment is 100% and must be made to confirm the booking.
Cancellation:
In the event that the trip has to be canceled, the following cancellation conditions apply:
• 60 days before arrival – free of charge
• 59 to 30 days before arrival – cancellation costs 10% of the price
• 29 to 15 days before arrival – cancellation costs 30% of the price
• 14 to 8 days before arrival – cancellation costs 50% of the price
• Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show – cancellation costs 100% of the travel price
